My Billing Practices
In a perfect world , the estimated quote given over the phone plus the Tax Man would be the
final price on the invoice.
That being said, We don't live in a perfect world.
Without seeing the jobs necessary repairs, the above estimate is just that, An Estimate and not written in stone...
If all is well and no repairs or extra parts or services are required, then the original verbal estimated quote stands...
A short list of factors such as the items listed below and others will increase the cost:
1. Damaged or worn-out lock hardware that needs replacement.
2. Damaged doors and/or door frames needing reinforcement plates and such.
3. Mis-aligned doors and door frames due to house settling or frost heaving requiring the
Re-Aligning of Mis-Aligned Damaged, or missing strike plates.
4. Parts/Labor cost for the repair of the above problems.
I will only repair/replace what is absolutely necessary...
As I am a "Cash and Carry" Small Business,
I request payment upon job completion.
Unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon.
Accepted Payment: Cash, e-Transfer or Company Cheque
Thank You for your attention in this matter...
